You will have what you say

Updated: Aug 1, 2020

Good morning again my friends.

Just a reminder YOU WILL HAVE WHAT YOU SAY

There was a time when I used to pray fervently and nothing much happened

God showed this to me - " You are digging up the seed of the prayer with the things you are speaking out of your mouth that is why your prayers are not producing much fruit".

God told me your mouth needs deliverance..lol

He then taught me the power of the spoken word.

The word READ changes our heart and our mind, it renews our inner man

But when the word is SPOKEN forth in faith it activates change, even dead situations can come alive when we begin to agree with what God’s will is and speak it with authority

We are called to a ministry of confession

Mark 11:23 to 24

23 I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!’ and [f]does not doubt in his heart [in God’s unlimited power], but believes that what he says is going to take place, it will be done for him [in accordance with God’s will].(G)24 For this reason I am telling you, whatever things you ask for in prayer [in accordance with God’s will], believe [with confident trust] that you have received them, and they will be given to you

There are examples in the word of how God deals with those who complain:

Numbers 14

26 The Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 27 “How long shall I put up with this evil congregation who murmur [in discontent] against Me? I have heard the complaints of the Israelites, which they are making against Me. 28 Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘just what you have spoken in My hearing I will most certainly do to you; 29 your dead bodies will fall in this wilderness, even all who were numbered of you, your entire number from twenty years old and upward, who have murmured against Me.

Psalm 78 and 107 are two other chapters that speak to the "punishment" of the children of Israel.

The children of Israel did not BELIEVE God, no matter how many miracles they had seen before (eg. The parting of The Red Sea)

What comes out of our mouth is truly connected to what is in our heart.

Is it faith that is governing our heart and mind? If the answer is YES, then it will be automatic that we will speak in agreement with God’s will and his word, no matter how we feel

Look at Abraham and the great Patriachs and Matriachs, they not only spoke in agreement with what God said, but they praised and worshipped God even in the midst of trouble and turmoil.

Abbah Father

Please put a bridle on our tongues. Reign us in so that our speaking will line up to your will. The book of James says the tongue is so hard to tame, but Lord help up to speak LIFE. Help us to speak in agreement with your will and not only what we feel. We recognize we are your Ambassadors here on this earth. We submit to you Father. Have your way Abbah Father, anoint us afresh to speak the very oracles of God

In Jesus name

Amen
