Will you say YES?

Are you uncomfortable with all you see happening around in this season?

These times are truly perilous times.

Will you join the cause of Christ?

I could never tell you that it would be easy or that you will get rich. In fact this is what God’s word says about what will happen in the last days:

Luke 6

10 Then Jesus told them, “Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.(C) 11 There will be violent earthquakes, and in various places famines and [deadly and devastating] pestilences (plagues, epidemics); and there will be terrible sights and great signs from heaven.

12 “But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, turning you over to the synagogues and prisons, and bringing you before kings and governors for My name’s sake.(D) 13 This will be a time and an opportunity for you to testify [about Me]. 14 So make up your minds not to prepare beforehand to defend yourselves; 15 for I will give you [skillful] words and wisdom which none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute. 16 But you will be betrayed and handed over even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death, 17 and you will be continually hated by everyone because of [your association with] My name. 18 But not a hair of your head will perish.(E) 19 By your [patient] endurance [empowered by the Holy Spirit] you will gain your souls.

I groaned as I read some parts of this once again.

Who wants to hear about persecution?

Who wants to hear about perilous times?

BUT GOD in his all sufficient power will keep us with his grace, give us the strength and boldness we need in this season.

All he requires is we just say YES.

He doesn't require people who are so confident in themselves or know all about everything.

In fact he desires brokenness. The very circumstances we may currently find ourselves in, in this particular season, may actually make us feel uncomfortable....God wants our full attention and surrender.

Our saying YES will actually mean some days and nights of tarrying in intercession.

Our YES will mean seasons of fasting and prayer.

Our YES will mean seperating ourselves from the world and it's "enticements"

Our YES will mean even seperating ourselves from some people.

I cannot list benefits today as a way to cajole you, but I can sure tell you that once you are reading this article, then God is drawing you.

Come up higher, come away with God.

Join the cause of Christ.

Will you just say YES?

Amen

Walk good in Christ

Till we meet again
