Where are the Divorce Pages? by Marcel & Jacqueline Bruff

A king, deeply in love with his queen, discovered her infidelity. Heartbroken, he nonetheless chose to redeem her, not with condemnation, but with unconditional love. He whispered, "My love, you are mine, always and forever. Your past does not define our future. Return to me, and let our love be rekindled.”

"Love is not irrevocable, but it is irresistible, and therefore it will always survive, even in the face of great betrayal." (Timothy Keller)

A Call to Restoration

Isaiah 50:1-3 echoes the heartfelt cry of God to His beloved church: "Where is the bill of your mother's divorce...? To which of My creditors have I sold you?" God's question resonates with anguish, longing, and unwavering love.

God values you

You are the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8).

The most precious gem in His treasury (Malachi 3:17). The object of His deep, unquenchable love (Song of Solomon 8:6-7).

1 Corinthians 13:4-8)

"Love is patient, love is kind... It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

God's Plea to the Backsliding Church and Individuals

No matter the past hurts, no matter the betrayal, God's love remains unwavering. He yearns for:

- Intimacy with His beloved (Revelation 3:20).

- Restoration of the covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-34).

- Renewal of faith and devotion (Hosea 2:16-23).

The divorce pages are nonexistent, for God's love knows no bounds. His heart beats for you, His cherished bride. Return to Him, and let the depths of His love envelope you.

Questions

1. Have you felt God's love and presence in your life?

2. What areas of your life need restoration and renewal?

3. How can you deepen your intimacy with God?

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your unwavering love and faithfulness. We return to You, our First Love, and surrender to Your transformative grace.

Amen.

May God's profound love surround and restore you.
