What’s Your Issue?
Jokingly I said to a sister in Christ, what’s your issue? Her response was a delight; my issue is Jesus Christ. Being the person I am, I had to have the last word; well, I said, spread your issue. What an Issue to have, an Issue that sticks closer than a brother, Proverbs 18:4.
Issue is defined as an important subject that people argue about or discuss. I see the world today pushing their issues, climate change, wars, everything surrounding the LGBTQ-plus and child porn. Society is pushing racism and hate through genderism, making these major issues in our lives. But what is your issue?
I realize that our Issue, Jesus Christ, is being taken out of society, out of schools and out of the work places. It is becoming an offence to speak about our God. Everything that’s good we inevitably talk about, what about our God? We were mandated to spread this Issue. Make 16:15, “…. Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
Last night while in the ministry spreading the Issue, a homeless person in a wheelchair came for some goodies. While with us and listening to the gospel music playing, she was dancing in her chair. Spinning it from left to right and around in a circle, displaying the sweetness of our issue. Jesus Christ is my issue. What’s is your issue?
God Bless.
