Trust in the Lord with all your heart

Dearly Beloved

I want to remind you of God's faithfulness and that he will never leave us nor forsake us. His faithfulness is evidenced all around us - as we see the sun rising in the east everyday, as we see rain falling on the just and the unjust, as we see the very order in nature, new births minutely, the miraculous which manifests God's power worldwide and so much more.

There is so much that could concern and worry us at this time, but let us have made up minds - we will trust God no matter what we see or hear.

Proverbs 3:5/6

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,

And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him,

And He shall direct your paths

Many many many things we may not understand at this time, but we have truly experienced that all things have thus far worked for our good and God's glory (Romans 8:28). So dear beloved friends we can trust the outcome of our current situations.

I pray God’s grace, strength and comfort for you as you may be walking through the fire. You may have done everything humanly possible in the situations that face you, continue to endure into the promises.

This prayer written by Reinhold Niebuhr came to mind as I did this article:

“God grant me the serenity

To accept the things I cannot change;

Courage to change the things I can;

And wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;

Enjoying one moment at a time;

Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;

Taking, as He did, this sinful world

As it is, not as I would have it;

Trusting that He will make things right

If I surrender to His Will;

So that I may be reasonably happy in this life

And supremely happy with Him

Forever and ever in the next.

Amen”.

Amen and amen

Walk good in Christ

Till we meet again

Beloved friends
