PRAY PRAY PRAY

When you're happy PRAY

When you're sad PRAY

When things are good PRAY

When things are bad PRAY

God's instruction is to pray without ceasing.

It's not just a good option but it's the best option - to PRAY

Prayer is our natural love language in relationship with God, and becomes as natural as breathing when we loose ourselves in the Father's love.p

There is so much to say about prayer but these are a few guidelines that I was led to share today:

1 Thessalonians 5:16

Says Rejoice always, pray without ceasing

Let us when we may face suffering respond with the grace that has been poured out upon us as Christ did upon facing the cross

Luke 22:42

Nevertheless Father not my will but thine be done

Luke 18:1

Men ought always to pray and not faint

As we grow in Christ, we need to discipline the flesh with it's many wanderings of "how I feel or not feel" to pray. But after we do this for awhile, it becomes like second nature to talk to God as we wake up and spend the first fruits of the day with him.

I may sometimes spend quite some time in prayer and intercession, but some mornings I may worship or study the word as God leads.

Like Smith Wigglesworth I share these sentiments "I don't often spend more than half an hour in prayer but I never go more than half an hour without praying"

God relates to us as individuals, some may be comfortable praying and interceding much longer, while some may do the above - one's prayer time should flow out of relationship with God and therefore will be instep with obeying God's leading.

I urge you spend quality time in prayer, one will be refreshed, build up, strengthened.....so many benefits from being in God's presence.

Enjoy your prayer time!

Walk Good in Christ

Till we meet again
