We've spent so many years asking God to change things and what doesn't help is when we come to Christ, we are bombarded by various teachings that tell us as Christians we should just simply live "the perfect" life. Well we matured and we began to realize that to take on the cross, meant suffering. The suffering of the crucifixion of the flesh, of having to choose daily to take on the more difficult way of the cross, of the straight and narrow pathway.
What gives us the greatest comfort?
God is sovereign and we are his children
He will allow things for a season, but because he is a merciful God he will allow the suffering only as much as it will cause his glory to be manifested in our life and as long as it takes to build character in us. That is as long as we stay connected to the vine and we are aligned to his perfect not permission.
It's time to exhale as we come to the realization that the God who created the heavens and the earth, will never forsake us and no matter how bad it looks, absolutely nothing that we face is impossible for him to work out.
Continue to rest in him trusting that he knows the best timing in answer to our "situations"
Amen
Walk Good in Christ
Till we meet again
