Let us remain and abide in him

Distractions can come in many forms.

Distractions can take the form of:

Busyness

The media with it's negativity

Demands from others

Even ministry..... sometimes we can get so deeply involved with others troubles we forget to first centre of God and abiding in his presence

You see there is so much for us to accomplish in this world and the days seem so short.

May we remember that all on this earth is temporal and passing, so we must keep our minds and thoughts centred on abiding in God's presence and living, moving and breathing IN HIM, preparing for eternity.

Everything we do should flow out of being IN HIM.

How is that possible?

We should begin our day in his presence.

Then commit and surrender all our activities to God for his glory.

Then we need to continue walking in the Spirit with self control.

Ask God to reign us in so we do not run ahead of him and for him to remove anything that would stop, block or reroute us from walking along the straight and narrow pathway.

He will definitely do it.

Stand still, resting in God then ask him all along the way to lead us.

"Should I do this Father?

Should I go this way Lord?

Help me to prioritize Father

Help me organise Lord"

Really pray but spend more time listening to him and then when he speaks do exactly what he says without delay.

If we would live like this we would produce much fruit for the Kingdom everyday.

It is absolutely necessary to do this now as we cannot be distracted. This is the season where we must stay in position and be ready for witnessing, evangelising, what ever God wants to do with us in these end times. As we must influence many for the Kingdom.

We cannot miss God in this season because we were out of position through busyness and distractions

Amen

Let us remain IN HIM

It's the best place to be.

Amen

Walk good in Christ

Till we meet again
