Good morning my friends
Welcome once again to Walk Good in Christ. Imagine what it would be like to walk with the open heavens over our life. It is possible and it begins with Thanksgiving. We enter the gates (the very presence of God in the heavenly realm) with Thanksgiving and then come into his courts with Praise (Psalm 100:4). Here is what happens next. God inhabits the praises of his people. We dwell in the secret place of the high.
Could it be possible to do this even as we walk through life's changing seasons? Yes.
Even at our worst, God still deserves our best praise and if we count our blessings we will realize we have a lot to be grateful for.
Let me share that song:
1 . When upon life’s billows you are tempest-tossed,
When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,
Count your many blessings; name them one by one,
And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.

2. Are you ever burdened with a load of care?
3. When you look at others with their lands and gold,
4. So amid the conflict, whether great or small,
Think on this carefully my friends: many people (including myself) have testified, that when they just couldn't go any further, they felt they wanted to give up, they brought God the sacrifice of praise and God turned their mourning into dancing. Look at Paul and Silas in the prison. Praising God at midnight and God sent an earthquake, shaking them loose from their bondage.
Whenever you don't feel like it,
Whenever you feel like giving up.
Give God your best praise.
Give him Thanksgiving always
Walk with an attitude of gratitude and you will see life take on a new meaning, because then you are truly abiding IN HIM.
