In Christ - all are equal

Updated: Jul 12, 2020

God's word has all the answers for our every day issues.

Imagine this amazing book called the bible(God’s word) written so many thousands of years before our time but yet here are all the answers to issues confronting the era in which we live.

Galatians 3:23 - 28 AMP

23 Now before faith came, we were kept in custody under the Law, [perpetually] imprisoned [in preparation] for the faith that was destined to be revealed, 24 with the result that the Law has become our tutor and our disciplinarian to guide us to Christ, so that we may be [c]justified [that is, declared free of the guilt of sin and its penalty, and placed in right standing with God] by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under [the control and authority of] a tutor and disciplinarian. 26 For you [who are born-again have been reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified and] are all children of God [set apart for His purpose with full rights and privileges] through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union with the Christ, the Anointed] have clothed yourselves with Christ [that is, you have taken on His characteristics and values]. 28 There is [now no distinction in regard to salvation] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you [who believe] are all one in Christ Jesus [no one can claim a spiritual superiority].(I)29 And if you belong to Christ [if you are in Him], then you are Abraham’s descendants, and [spiritual] heirs according to [God’s] promise.

There goes the answers to many of the questions we need in this season.

In Christ we should want no part of inequality..

Whether it be from racism

Classism, Church-ism any kind at all.

Whether men think they are superior and women are secondary...

I came across that one this week - some feel that women should not preach or hold top church positions or have churches and ministries.

It is sad but so many are bound with a spirit of "religion" and will never allow correction, because some attached spirits that come with religion are pride, judgement, condemnation and unlovingness.

Let us be mindful to extend grace and mercy to all who cross our pathway - whether they have different religious beliefs, they have a different skin colour, are not wealthy or they may be of a different gender.

Love everyone with the true Agape love, it is the only thing that will truly make the difference now and to draw others to Christ.

Walk Good in Christ

My friends

Till we meet again
