The Bible gives us many examples of people who had to wait for God appointed time.
Abraham waited a long time before the Lord gave him any children, he ended up having a total of 8 sons.(Genesis 21:1-3, Genesis 25:1,6)
David was anointed years before he was appointed king over all Israel. (1 Samuel 16)
Before seeing the burning bush Moses got his B.S. degree (Back-Side of the Desert)
after 40 years in the wilderness.
They all had clear and specific promises from God about what would happen in their lives. For them, it was a matter of believing God’s promise.
It may not be easy to keep on believing year after year, a word from God concerning one's future or events is great expectation and exceedingly wonderful. Imagine the God of creation speaking to little me.
The Bible gives us many promises about God’s goodness and love towards us in general, and we should hold on to these promises and trust that he “causes all things to work together for our good” (Romans 8:28).
Let it be known that there are persons within some organisations that will operate beyond established church bodies and boards, not everyone will sit in a church for twenty or thirty years.
It is often advisible to seek God's direction beforehand when joining a church or taking membership within a church organisation.
God is a God of order and having gifts and talents comes with developing spiritual maturity first and foremost, this growth is important to avoid operating against the leadership or pastor who is your Spiritual covering.
Annointed before appointed is vital for humility training.
Don't create discord or division within your church organisation as this will follow you into your ministry.
I personally know a few pastors and prophets who left their original church prematurely while dividing the congregation and years after in their personal ministry the spirit of division and breakaway work regrettably.
It is advisable as I caution you to humble yourself under God's mighty hand until God's Appointed time to launch you into your promised purpose and divine destiny.
To whom much is given much is required.
