How we respond to negative situations makes a difference

The fact is all of us will face challenges at some time or other

Sometimes we will face them in quick succession of each other

and sometimes we get rest

I once heard an international speaker say:

"When you are the called of the Lord, then God is interested in building your character, so in this life - we will find that we are either coming out of a test, resting to go into another test"

Imagine that!

The challenges do cause us to grow and build character

When we understand the character building and refinement process, then we will not think that something is wrong with us when confronted with challenges

We will then choose to remain in peace and joy. Abiding in God's presence.

Some situations we need to ask God for grace, strength, comfort and endurance.

He will supply all we need

Listen to these words carefully and let us apply them to our life

Isaiah 26:3/4

“You will keep in[b]perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both[c]inclination and character],

Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].

“Trust [confidently] in the Lord forever [He is your fortress, your shield, your banner],

For the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages].

Walk Good in Christ my friends

Till we meet again
