Heard from God?

Good morning dear friends

I have heard so many many many people say they heard from God or God told me so and I can tell you I have seen their end because they were operating with such error.

I can say it truly concerns me the number of people operating in error who are unaware that they are.

I myself have put check systems in place to safe guard, this ministry.

I will share a few with you here but before we get to that place, let us define the 3 sources we could possibly be hearing from: God, the devil(and his demons) or the self.

The first major pointer that you actually heard from God is the fruit which comes from what you heard.

Does that "fruit" line-up to the word of God.

God's character and his ways are explicitly and clearly outlined in his word.

So let us put these check systems in place if we are going to operate as effective adopted children of God

1. As I said above: What God spoke will line up to his word

2. Do you have Holy Spirit filled accountability partners?

3. Are you submitting to authority?

4. Does what you heard lead you to glorify God or the self and others?

5. Is what you heard founded on the principles of the Love of Christ because all the law and prophecies are founded on love (Matthew 22:37 - 40:

6. Also watch carefully how what you heard unfolds. Has it opened a door to being pursued by the Kingdom of darkness or do you have God's daily grace and strength to live victoriously?

7. God's peace will be there whenever we walk in his perfect will. No matter the opposition or trial, we will have his peace

8. Does what you heard lead you into manifesting God’s power here on earth and effectively witnessing?

9. Does it cause you to have the fruit of the Spirit: Galatians 5 :22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Now here is the key to walking alligned to hearing from God, discerning and walking in his perfect will

Romans 12:1/2 NKJV

1 I beseech[a] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your [b]reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

AMPLIFIED

1 ]Therefore I urge you, [b]brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be [c]transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
