Do you trust God as Father and that he will be faithful in his care for you.
Matthew 6:25 - 34
25 “Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? 27 And who of you by worrying can add one [l]hour to [the length of] his life? 28 And why are you worried about clothes? See how the lilies and wildflowers of the field grow; they do not labor nor do they spin [wool to make clothing], 29 yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory and splendor dressed himself like one of these. 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive and green today and tomorrow is [cut and] thrown [as fuel] into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith! 31 Therefore do not worry or be anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted), saying, ‘What are we going to eat?’ or ‘What are we going to drink?’ or ‘What are we going to wear?’ 32 For the [pagan] Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; [but do not worry,] for your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also.
34 “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I was just listening ever so closely to God as I prepare for my 58th birthday on June 28th. This message is actually being done the weekend before as Gabby is taking me on holiday for just a few days. I have even prepared the message for Sunday, July 2nd too and God was really just working out of me the anxiety that has been trying to "creep" up on me. This Sunday's message will be on his faithfulness to provide.
He brought me revelation after revelation, out of which I will share three points with you today.
1 The baby in the womb is so well taken care of, nurtured and protected. God created this way for one to be intimately connected with Mother, to bring about a new life. We know how the enemy is vigilantly working to pervert God's process of life. May God stir us to pray.
2 Before God put Adam in the garden of Eden, he provided for all his physical needs and the one deep need that Adam had - God looked and said "It is not good for Man to be alone" AND God provided his need. Adam did not have to beg. God provided. If only we could wait on God's timing. It is God first that looked and saw Adam's need, please let that sink in my friends. He knows your every need and is concerned about your well being, he takes good care of his children. If only we would believe that and receive.Amen
3 Jesus though born in a humble manger. He had no lack for his lifetime, I will expound on this in Sunday's message. Please note Jesus was even buried in a rich man's grave.
I pray God will provide for every single need you have in every single area of your life. You may have to wait a while, may he give you the grace and comfort you too.
You don't have to beg, trust in God's faithfulnes and trust his timing too. I believe in the next month you will see the fruition of many promises coming through for you. God is a good Father. Trust his heart
Amen
Walk Good in Christ
Till we meet again
