God Restores our soul

it is just wonderful to be in relationship with God, he takes care of us in every way, IF we just let him

When we come to him in surrender at salvation, though he accepts us, he never leaves us the same.

His change in us is twofold

He breaks down the fallow ground of our stony hearts and delivers us of all mindsets that would block us from coming into great purpose destiny and blessings.

He also restores our soul continuously.

Life can batter and bruise us, but when we take these experiences to God, "the potter"will refresh us, heal us, rebuild and rejuvenate us.

Remember he adopts us and we then become joint heirs with Christ. As his children we have an inheritance - that inheritance includes the life more abundantly of peace and joy divine. The abundant life may not be wealth and riches, but a life where we have entered God's rest, abiding in him.

Let's lay hold of this promise today,

Everything that was lost will be restored in the name of Jesus

Joel 2

25 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.

26“You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame. 27 You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God and there is none else. And my people shall never again be put to shame.

The verses before those I have shared

Verse 12

12 “Yet even now,” declares the Lord,

“return to me with all your heart,

with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning;

13 and rend your hearts and not your garments.”

Return to the Lord your God,

for he is gracious and merciful,

slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love;

and he relents over disaster.

God pleads with the people to RETURN to him. That is the process of REPENTANCE, not only turning away, but turning to God - His promises are conditional.

I pray that you will repent(turn away from sin), turn to God wholeheartedly, enter his rest and enjoy a season of restoration in the name of Jesus

Amen

Walk Good in Christ

Till we meet again
