Psalm 91:8 Amplified Bible (AMP)
You will only [be a spectator as you] look on with your eyes And witness the [divine] repayment of the wicked [as you watch safely from the shelter of the Most High].
In these verses, God assures us that evil may occur all around us but we will not be touched with it. We will see the wicked fall all around us, but the evil will not touch us. We will only see the wicked receive their reward with our eyes but will not go through the judgment.
Here is a good article on who God considers to be the wicked.
To continue we all know too well the evil's we face in this life.......those injustices meted out by man. But yet God is a just God and he vindicates us in his time. We may never understand why some things happen? Many times undeserved. Every man will bear the fruit of their choices and actions, we cannot in anyway take up being vengeful. God says vengeance is mine. Leave all the things that were done to wound (whether deliberately or not) in the hands of this God of justice. Our responsibility is to forgive and let go and leave it in the hands of God. In most instances when the agape love of Christ has overtaken our heart, we would be motivated to pray for mercy instead of justice. Our place is IN GOD and he will dry all our tears and heal every wound and that place never has to do with man's restitution.
Dear God, Papa God
I pray for every one reading this message that you will dry their tears and heal ALL their wounds. Comfort them in the places that they need comfort. Restore the fragmented souls and fill them afresh with your spirit. Cause them to find themselves in you, to hide in you and be so sheltered from the arrows sent to wound. Undergird us from the inside with your strength and grace. In Jesus name
Amen
Walk Good in Christ my friends
Till we meet again
