Topic: Faith Is The Product Of Light
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. Eph 1:17-18 (NKJV)
MESSAGE FOR THE DAY:This is one of the spirit-inspired prayers every believer must pray over their life constantly. The greatest miracle that can happen to you in your Christian journey is that your eyes of understanding are open to God's Word. This, undoubtedly, will stir up revelations in your heart that will birth revolution in your life. Revelation births faith, faith propels you to take actions which then delivers desired results to you. A man with revelation can never be intimidated by any circumstance because revelation naturally inspires confidence. In the face of threats, Peter and John affirmed that "we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard" (Acts 4:20). So the reason why they were undaunted by the threats from the Pharisees was because they were declaring, not what they just heard but what they have SEEN. So, we can say that revelation is SEEING what God is saying in His Word. If you are still at the level of hearing alone you may doubt it, and challenges of life may threaten you and prevent you from saying it but, when you move to the realm of SEEING, then faith is delivered automatically and, at that point nothing or no one can make you doubt it.
At that point, you need no further persuasion to take corresponding steps in the line of what you believe, and the situation is bound to change in your favour. A man of revelation does not need the applause of others; neither is he discouraged by their mockery because he knows they are not seeing what he's seeing. You can only give, if the revelation of seed sowing and harvest has been given to you; you can honour mentors the way you should if the revelation of honour has been given to you by God. . If I may ask you, child of God, what are the revelations guiding your steps in life? Your revelations are your trade secrets; they are the forces motivating you that nobody knows about except you. This is it in summary, you will never please God anymore than your level of faith, and you cannot have faith more than the revelation of God's Word you have in you. Therefore, revelation is the baseline of faith that works.
PRAYER
Sweet Holy Spirit, please open my eyes of understanding and grant me unlimited access to the depth of revelations of Your Word in Jesus precious Name.
