As I woke up a little past midnight and I asked God what to say to his people, I kept hearing the words "In the beauty of holiness" and as I researched these are the verses I found:
1Chronicles 16:29, “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”
God is truly worthy of our best praise and worship even on our worst days. He is to be referenced and adored, not just for what he can do for us, but because he is an awesome majestic God who created the heavens and the earth. His names Elohim, Yahweh, Jehovah proclaim his majesty and none can be compared to him.
All other Gods are idols. He is the one true and living God. The all mighty, all powerful God. The sovereign Lord. Imagine this God who makes the earth his footstool.
With all that being said let us celebrate him today and every day. If you give God thanksgiving every moment , praise him in the face of adversity and live lives of worship, imagine what would happen.
We can praise him in adversity because he has the final say, the work at Calvary's cross is finished which guarantees us the victory and empowers us to overcome through Christ Jesus in any given situation.
When I stop and take stock of what is coming out of my mouth on any given day, no matter how busy I am....it is an automatic thank you Lord. It flows from my heart and has become such a habit to thank him, praise him and worship him in the beauty if his holiness.
Remember the word holiness though because God is holy and can have no part of sin. So to truly abide in him, we must get serious about sin and walk with repentant hearts. God has to be our first priority and our all in all.
Dear friends worship him right where you are at in the beauty of his holiness
Walk Good in Christ
Till we meet again
