Do Not Worry.

This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Ps 118: 24). Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine many are worrying about shortages and increase of food, gas and other basic needs, they worry about the days ahead but the word of God stands firm for the believer and encourages us to not worry. God promised He would never leave you nor forsake you. We may not know what the future holds, but we know Who holds the future. Don’t miss today, worry about tomorrow, or the current challenges at hand. Today is a gift, there will never be another day like today. You can never get this day back. "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34. The Bible also says that God takes care of the small sparrow, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Heavenly Father, we thank You for this new day. We thank You for keeping us safe during the night. We thank You for the opportunity this new day affords us to enjoy. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may look Bleeker. However you promised never to leave us nor forsake us.
