Count it ALL joy

Look at this verse carefully

James 1

2 (E)Count it all joy, my brothers,[b] when you meet trials (F)of various kinds,3 for you know that (G)the testing of your faith (H)produces steadfastness.4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be (I)perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

This is the Amplified translation

2 Consider it nothing but joy, my [b]brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. 3 Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed [in your faith], lacking in nothing.

These verses end with lacking in nothing, for AFTER we have been tested

After we have endured

Then our faith in God will have been proved

In that place we have been perfected in God

Faith pleases God

We know him by faith and

We receive all we need from him by faith

So whenever a problem, issue, challenge comes along we know no matter how long it takes, or how much it may hurt. God will give us the grace and strength to endure IN HIM into the promise.

Be encouraged today, the very world around us is "shaking" for the things of this world that we had been so sure about is changing.

We can be sure of one thing

God and his love for us never changes.

He has established us in his love and nothing can snatch us from or separate us from his unfailing love.

Our Father in his love will hide us, help us and care for us. Let us continue to trust God and count it ALL Joy.

For God is with us

Amen

Walk good in Christ

Till we meet again
