Good morning dear friends
Be encouraged today, do not feel as if you are alone in your suffering or that you have done something wrong to somehow deserve this "fiery" trial.
All of us at this time are walking through some kind of testing. I heard a famous Televangelist once say we are every day either coming out of a test, or getting ready to go into be a test.
Unfortunately from many prosperity preachers we were taught that if we sowed the right seed or had enough faith we would live this "heaven on earth" lifestyle and always be joyful.
As I "grow up" in God I begin to understand that it is inevitable we will have suffering on this earth. The crucible of the fire is working for great purpose. I believe this is birthing and preparing us for the greatest Prophetic Apostolic end-time move. Will we chose to be a part of God's army?
A crucible is a severe test or trial or an extremely challenging experience. This figurative sense of crucible is based on the literal meaning of the word: a heat-resistant container used to melt metals. Crucible in the literal sense is used in the context of metallurgy, the science of working with and refining metals.
Will we be like Paul the Apostle who endured shipwreck, beatings three times, being bitten by a snake, imprisonment and so much more.
Paul during his trial wrote thirteen of the 27 books in the New Testament these books still speaks to many in their "light affliction". God was certainly glorified in his suffering.
Will we be like Jesus who endured the shame and pain of the cross, not for his own reward, but so that God could be glorified and millions come into a new life of inheritance and great eternal reward?
Will we be like David running for his very life, hiding in caves, betrayed by his own son and so much more?
Will be like Daniel in the Lion's Den?
Or
The three Hebrew boys in the fire?
My God help us, strengthen us as we walk through. Abbah Father grant us the grace and strength we need to bear up under troubles and trials. Give us the measure of faith we need in these perilous times. Help us to trust you completely and comfort us Lord in those deep places, keep us Good Father as only you are able to keep us - hold us close in your everlasting arms.
Amen
May these words minister encouragement to you as we walk through
2 Corinthians 4:17/18
17 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, 18 as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal
Amen
Let us be like Jesus when facing the cross, these were his words
John 16
31 Jesus answered them, “Do you now believe? 32 Indeed the hour is coming, yes, has now come, that you will be scattered, each to his [e]own, and will leave Me alone. And yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. 33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you [f]will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
He was assured his Father was with him and also that he would overcome.
This is your portion in Christ my friends you are never alone and you will overcome!
Amen
Walk good in Christ
Till we meet again
